1. Introductory provisions
The buyer's order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract; the purchase contract itself is concluded when the seller confirms the order bindingly. From that moment on, the buyer and the seller have mutual rights and obligations. The binding reservation date is the date the seller confirms to the buyer by e-mail.
2. Ordering the service and booking a flight
You can book a date for your flight by phone at +420 777 227 171, by e-mail at petra.bila@dc-9.eu or on www.realsim.cz.
We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance. The seller cannot guarantee the requested flight date unless it was agreed in writing before the purchase. If the flight cannot take place on the requested date, the seller will offer you at least 4 alternative dates at least 1 week apart.

4. Voucher
The voucher will be sent as a PDF to the e-mail address you provide, or on paper to your postal address, within 48 hours after the amount is credited to our account when paying by bank transfer or PayPal. When ordering cash on delivery, the voucher will be sent within 48 hours of the order.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is transferable. A longer validity can be purchased on www.realsim.cz. When the validity expires, the rights attached to the voucher expire. The voucher cannot be returned (except within the 14-day protection period, see point 5).
No interest accrues on the value of the voucher.
The voucher can be redeemed only once, with the first flight taken.
The seller will provide the service for which the voucher was issued (in particular the flight length and aircraft type). The service cannot be changed without the seller's consent.
5. Cancellation
A reservation can be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel a reservation less than 48 hours in advance, you will pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the voucher price. If you do not rebook your flight or do not arrive at the reserved time, your voucher will be cancelled and will lose its validity.
A purchased voucher can be cancelled and the money refunded within 14 days of the order date. The price of the purchased service will be refunded in full. If you do not ask to cancel the purchased voucher within 14 days of the order date, the price of the purchased service is not refunded.
6. Operating rules
The customer “pilot” (voucher holder) and any “passengers” must follow the operating rules and the instructions of the staff of Plane's cafe s.r.o. when they enter the premises of the DC-9 simulator.
The simulator, built from a real cockpit of a DC-9 airliner, is intended for “pilots” who follow the prescribed procedures and behave decently in the cockpit, taking care of the original instruments and the cockpit interior. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the cockpit.
Persons who are clearly drunk or under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances may be refused entry to the cockpit. In that case the “pilot” is not entitled to a refund of the price paid for the voucher.
A customer “pilot” who breaks these operating rules will be removed from the simulator without compensation.
A visitor to the simulator and bar premises who causes damage to property must pay for this damage in full.
By entering the simulator and bar premises, every visitor agrees to these operating rules.
7. Closure due to government measures
If the premises are closed due to government measures (e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic), the validity of the voucher is automatically extended by the time the premises are closed.
